School Fee Payment

School fees are set by the school board and approved by the IEA and must be paid in full before a child commences school.

Fees are payable annually or termly. Parents who wish to pay school fees on a fortnightly basis should contact the school office to arrange payment by installments.

Parents may wish to arrange for personal contributions to be made through salary deduction from their employer. OTML Salary Sacrifice Form downloadable here.

Current school fee schedules are available from the School Office or by download here.

Parents are reminded that once a child is enrolled at the school the sole responsibility for payment is that of the parent,  irrespective of any employer’s contribution.

Fee Refunds

Refunds are made to parent-funded students only, for all terms not commenced in the school year. Application should be made in writing to the Principal for refunds together with a notification of withdrawal.

Please note that fees will only be refunded to the organisation or individual paying the original fee.
